Latest Coronavirus update


Due to the unfolding situation with the Coronavirus, we wanted to inform you of the changes that we are making to our business activities.


Following government advice, we have had to severely restrict face to face meetings. Our staff are working remotely and you can still reach us during normal business hours by phone or email.  Our out of hours emergency service continues to operate.


Due to the constraints imposed by current circumstances, we are now focusing our repairs and maintenance service on emergency issues only.


This means providing emergency repairs for the following problems:


  • Total loss of power

  • No heating or hot water

  • A leak that cannot be controlled

  • Blocked toilet and emergency drainage

  • Lift Breakdown

  • Immediate health and safety concerns


Should you report an emergency issue, it is critical that you let us know if any member of your household has been diagnosed as having Covid-19 or if they are self-isolating, this is to limit transmission and ensure that our operatives have the correct personal protective equipment when they visit.
